2025-26 Tryout Information

Blue Horses Volleyball Club is gearing up for an exciting new season, and we are thrilled to welcome both new and returning girls to the court!

Make-up Tryouts - Sunday, November 23rd, 2025 | 5:30 - 7:30 PM
Age Group (12U-16U) REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE SATURDAY @ 11:59 PM
Tryouts will be held at the Alumni Center (formerly, Sports Center) at Fayette Mall. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to check in and warm up. To register for this team, fill out the Google form linked here: 12U -16U Tryout Registration. Tryout fees can be made via the Payment Portal. See additional details below.

Parent Meeting - Tuesday, November 18th, 2025 | 7:00 - 8:00 PM
We invite our parents to join us for an informational meeting, where we'll review team expectations, schedules, fees, fundraising opportunities, and more. This is an excellent opportunity to get your questions answered and connect with our coaches and leadership.

Getting Ready for Tryouts

To be ready for tryouts, ensure that you:

1. Register and purchase a Tryout Membership from USAV Pioneer Region. The junior membership can be purchased here: Tryout Membership.

2. Register for the BHVBC tryout and pay the $35 tryout fee. Register at the link above. Payment can be made via cash, check, or online using our payment portal.

3. Complete and notarize the USAV Youth & Junior Volleyball Player Medical Release Form. This can be accessed here: Medical Release Form. This form must be brought with you to the tryout.
